Laguna Woods Village consists of three housing corporations governed by three separate boards of directors. All prospective buyers are required to meet certain financial requirements as a condition of membership. Please see the applicable Resale Application package in the Subsections below for more information. It is recommended that interested buyers and their agents print out a Resale Application from the Resale Package link below.
