General Info

To maintain a safe and secure community, authorization is required to enter the gates of Laguna Woods Village. Guests can only be registered for gate clearance by a current resident in good standing. Residents are able to register guests via phone or email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Residents must provide their last name, manor number and resident ID in order for a guest to be registered and allowed entrance. There are several types of passes recognized within the community that can be issued, such as Annual Passes, Business Passes, Non Resident Owner Passes and Overnight Parking Permits (for any non-resident vehicle to be parked in the community overnight). Residents

We welcome you to Laguna Woods Village! A new resident orientation is an informational session providing new residents with an opportunity to become acquainted with the operating rules and to talk with a board member who represents your mutual. Some of the topics discussed during these sessions include the resident portal, the Resident Services Department, DwellingLive 24/7/365 gate-access, HO-6 insurance, maintenance and service requests, manor alterations processes, how to get involved in the community and much more.

Residents can contact Resident Services to process/schedule or report any trouble or maintenance requests such as Trash pick-up, Plumbing, Landscaping, Cracks in Concrete, Rodent/Insect problems or Tree & Shrub Pruning requests. The GRF decal program is discontinued. Please call Resident Services at 949-597-4600 to obtain an RFID tag for your vehicle for easy accsss through the gates.

Generally, when a new resident received their ID cards, they may not yet be activated for entry to the Clubhouses, Gyms, or other areas of the community. Residents will need to come in to the Community Center and see a Resident Services Representative to activate their ID Card. For more information, please contact Resident Services @ (949)597-4600.

Assigned parking is available to Laguna Woods Residents for RVs and Golf Carts which is subject to annual cost. Residents requiring RV parking should refer to the information on our Security Services page or leave a message @ (949)268-2284. Residents wanting more information regarding Golf Cart Parking should contact Resident Services @ (949)597-4600.
