2024 Third Board Election Update
The period has closed for Third members to submit applications to fill three open board positions with terms ending in 2027. The confirmed candidates are as follows:
- Egon Garthoffner
- Donald Hauptman
- Ruth Johnson
- Robert Mutchnick
- Craig Wayne
Upcoming Schedule
- Friday, August 16, 2024: “Meet the Candidates” is held in the Community Center board room and broadcast on Village Television at 10:30 a.m.
- Tuesday, August 27, 2024: Ballots are mailed.
- Thursday, September 26, 2024: Ballots are due by 11 a.m. to the inspector of elections’ post office box or 5 p.m. to the Community Center ballot box.
- Friday, September 27, 2024: Ballots are counted at a Third board special tabulation meeting at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room.
- Thursday, October 3, 2024: Third Mutual candidates with the most votes are seated on the Third board at the annual corporate members meeting at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room.
If You Experience Ballot Issues
If you do not receive your ballot by Monday, September 9, 2024, or if your ballot is lost or damaged, call the UniLect inspector of elections duplicate request center at 1-866-466-6455, which is available 24/7 throughout the balloting period. For any other questions regarding the election, contact Inspector of Elections, UniLect Corporation at 1-888-864-5328. According to state HOA election regulations, only one ballot is mailed per household/manor.
