GRF Board Names New Member
Maggie Blackwell has joined the GRF Board of Directors for a term that ends at the 2023 GRF annual election.
Director Blackwell is a 16-year Village resident with an extensive background in education. She served on the 18-hole golf board of directors for nine years and held the office of president twice, and belongs to Friends of the Village, the Cat Club and the Bridge Club. During her tenure on the United Laguna Woods Mutual Board of Directors, Director Blackwell held the office of secretary, and was the chairperson of the landscaping, communication and governing documents committees. She has made numerous appearances on Village Television’s “This Day” and has contributed extensively to the Village Breeze while with the United board.
