VMS Board Annual Election
Nominations for United, Third and GRF representatives for the VMS Board of Directors open on Monday, November 9, and close Monday, November 30.
VMS is seeking to fill three seats: one as the representative for the Third board, one as the representative for the United board and one as the representative for the GRF board. Each term will expire in 2023 and at the VMS annual election.
Interested residents may obtain an application and instructions on the election process at the Office of the CEO in the Community Center from Corporate Secretary Cheryl Silva (cheryl.silva@vmsinc.org; 949-268-2383) or Assistant Corporate Secretary Grant Schultz (grant.schultz@vmsinc.org; 949-268-2295).
Completed applications and candidate statements are due to Ms. Silva or Mr. Schultz no later than Monday, November 30, 2020, at 5 p.m.
Important Dates
- Third VMS appointment: Friday, December 4
- GRF VMS appointment: Monday, December 7
- United VMS appointment: Tuesday, December 8
- VMS annual meeting: Wednesday, December 16
