Help Protect CA’s Common Interest Communities
AB 3182, which is being considered in the California state legislature, will create significant harm to California’s more than 55,000 common interest developments if passed.
If passed, AB 3182 would place unreasonable restrictions on housing mutuals’ ability to enact rental restrictions by creating a one-size-fits-all approach to California homeowner associations. The Community Associations Institute believes that these decisions are best left to association residents and the volunteer board members elected to serve their communities.
Your boards of directors encourage you to use the link provided below by the CAI to take immediate action to oppose this proposed legislation.
Please take less than five minutes to tell your legislators to oppose AB 3182.
