City of Laguna Woods Begins El Toro and Moulton Median Rehab
On Monday, November 4, the City of Laguna Woods will begin the project to update the medians on El Toro Road between the Laguna Woods Village Community Center plaza and the Stater Bros. plaza, as well as the median on Moulton Parkway south of Calle Aragon (Gate 3). Construction is anticipated to be complete in 60 working days, precluding any delays. Early-phase work will include mobilizing vehicles and equipment and marking utilities. When complete, the medians will be similar in appearance to the medians that were recently updated on Moulton Parkway between Via Campo Verde and Via Iglesia.
