Gate Access Rules for Uber, Lyft and OC Access
Transportation services such as taxis, Uber, Lyft or OC Access must follow the procedures below to gain entry through Village gates:
- If a transportation service approaches the gate, the gate ambassador will ask to see the manifest from the driver before allowing entry.
- If the transportation service has been called in to DwellingLive by a resident, the gate ambassador will let the vehicle in as they would any other guest.
- If the transportation service is returning a resident to their manor, the gate ambassador will ask to see the resident’s Village identification card to verify they are a community resident.
Register your guests in DwellingLive online and print passes 24 hours a day, seven days a week using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Visit lagunawoodsvillage.com, click on Residents, then click on Guest Passes. Residents who have an email address on file should have received an email with login instructions. If you do not know what email address you have on file, please contact Resident Services at 949-597-4600 or residentservices@vmsinc.org.
