United Board Accepting Applications for VMS Board Vacancy
The United Laguna Woods Mutual Board of Directors is accepting applications for qualified candidates willing to serve on the VMS Board of Directors as the representative from United Mutual. The term will expire in 2021.
Nominations open Monday, July 29. To apply, check in at the concierge desk at the Community Center to obtain an application and instructions on the election process. Return the completed application to Corporate Secretary Cheryl Silva or Assistant Corporate Secretary Daniel Hillburn in the Office of the CEO no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7.
The election will be at the United Board’s regular board meeting on August 13 at 9:30 a.m. in the Board Room. Please contact Mr. Hillburn at daniel.hillburn@vmsinc.org for more information.
